Lake Washington Bluff

This property involved extending the hillside 20'-30' by constructing a series of boulder walls and terraces, which allowed for a new open space, fire pit area, and main patio terrace to overlook northern Lake Washington. The existing steep slope was designated an Environmentally Critical Area (ECA), which required extensive permitting and coordination with geotechnical engineers and civil engineers.
